Returns & Refunds Policy

1.1 This is the Returns & Refunds Policy of hypothesis one Limited whose Company Number is 09589881 and whose registered office is at 7 Bell Yard, London, WC2A 2JR.

1.2  This Returns & Refunds Policy sets out hypothesis one’ Limited (‘hypothesis one’, ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’) returns and refunds processes and ours and yours  responsibilities when you make a purchase on our websites www.hypothesisone.com and www.hypothesisone.co.uk (‘our site’, ‘our sites, ‘Site’, ‘Sites’). 

2.1 We hope it’s love at first sight. But if not, we have a 14-day return policy, which means we will refund or replace free of charge any item within 14 days, in accordance with the Returns & Refunds Policy set out below.
To be eligible for a return or refund your item must be:

1. (i). In the same condition that your received it, unused, unopened, in its original packaging and suitable for resale.
2. (ii). Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2.2 You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us unless:

1. (i). The products you received are faulty or not as described; or
2. (ii). If you are ending the contract because we have told you of an upcoming change to the product or these terms, an error in pricing or description, a delay in delivery due to events outside our control or because you have a legal right to do so as a result of something we have done wrong.

2.3 You must take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession, returns must be sent to us unused and in their original packaging.

2.4 If you return products to us, you we will be responsible for any loss or damage to them in transit. If you are returning your products by post, we recommend that products are sent by registered post or by similar courier so that you can track the products and that you always retain evidence of posting until the purchase price has been refunded.

2.5 The cost of return postage to us, is the sole responsibility of the customer unless goods are deemed to be faulty.

2.6 Please note we may reduce the value of your refund to reflect any mishandling of the product(s). You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the product(s) while it/they is/are in your possession and are responsible for the risk of damage during transport. Refunds cannot be processed until the product(s) have been received by us.

2.7 We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible and in any case, no later than 14 days after the day we receive the returned products from you.

2.8 If you change your mind an decide to return a product which was accompanied with a free sample or gift, we will only accept the return of that product provided it is complete with the accompanying sample or gift. Your obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession and are responsible for the risk of damage during transport.

2.9 Refunds include the retail price of the returned product shown on the verified dispatch note.

2.10 Refunds can only be credited to the original method of payment used to buy the product.

2.11 Bulk, automated, or third-party claims cannot be accepted.

2.12 You can only return one of each product at a time.

2.13 We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

2.14 To initiate a return, please contact us at info@hypothesisone.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. 

2.15 Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, broken, damaged, not as described or if you have receive the wrong item, and we agree after inspecting the product, then we will give you the choice of a replacement or refund in accordance with refund policy.

2.16 Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items unless the item is faulty.
